Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position that can be based remotely:Vice President, Warranty Solutions Development:The VP of Warranty Solutions Development will be responsible for driving both sales and the execution of warranty solutions to our prospects and clients. It will include delivering on a variety of contractually obligated tasks, including but not limited to RFP management, diagnostics, analysis, and other implementation tasks as necessary.

It will also include collaborative support of the warranty practice team with assistance in client management and the sales process. Operates with discretion, uses effective problem solving & communication skills to achieve objectives.Solid sales, product development, servicing and analytical analysis skills.Deep knowledge of warranty risk issues and Marsh solutions.

Ability to work independently towards the practice goalsUnderstanding of underwriting approach and needs within the warranty industryA working knowledge of the compliance and regulation landscape of warranty programs in the 50 US states.What makes you stand out:BA/BS DegreeLicensed P&C Broker preferredAbility to perform under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking capabilitiesPerform effectively when changes in priorities, direction and resources occur.Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of insurance industry.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
