ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include: Implementing an enterprise payments hub platform for the Bank as well as on-going management and business readiness of product launches and enhancements. Executing against, maintaining and evolving the product roadmap for the enterprise payments hub Establishing and maintaining relationship with key business constituents and senior leaders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment of our strategic roadmapThe ideal candidate will: Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making. Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel payment experiences and ideally have exposure to key elements of systems integration and understanding of payments systems both domestic and internationally.
Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough Payments experience. Exercise creativity, critical thinking, relationship building, analytics, and collaboration to solve client problems. Own, prioritize, and manage features focused on SVB's unique client base.
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $160,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 10+ years' experience as a product leader in Payments, Banking, or Fintech; specific expertise in transaction processing. BS/BA degree, preferably in business, finance, engineering, or another quantitative field.Preferred Qualifications: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, quickly evolving environment Strong structured problem solving and analytical skills, able to synthesize diverse data points and form own perspective about a future direction or best course of action.
